In today’s world people are quick to raise complaints about the poor service offering they have received or experienced from various places but when an individual such as myself has experienced such remarkable service it really deserves a formal compliment.

I would like to take the time to compliment Keith Reddy on the phenomenal customer service he has given us from the point of contact till time we drove the vehicle out of the VW Weiss showroom in Durban. Keith’s remarkable service has made me boast throughout Discovery Sandton about what an amazing experience my vehicle purchase has been, despite the fact that I have done the deal whilst in another province (Gauteng), Keith has assured me peace of mind and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was okay ,his patience, professional approach and attention to detail has really made a lasting impression on me and my boyfriend as clients , Keith in his personal capacity was kind enough to conduct a follow up call on Sunday morning to enquire if we had a safe journey back to Gauteng.

Our arrival to the VW Weiss branch was such enjoyable experience as Keith went out of his way once again to ensure everything was okay. There was a delay due to load shedding and through it all Keith made that experience wonderful!!

We definitely need more salesmen like these!! WELL DONE KEITH REDDY!! YOU ROCK!

Having a salesman like Keith will definitely take your dealership to a whole new level.

I recently purchased a Golf 7 GTI from Weiss VW and I have to commend all the staff who I dealt with. Without getting into too much detail I had a 3month nightmare experience with another VW dealership, so when Tony Singh contacted me with regards to having a GTI that I could purchase, I was pretty disillusioned and thought it was just another sales gimmick and I would have to wait another 3 months or more for the vehicle.

 

Tony stated that he would have a vehicle for me within 14 days of me signing the OTP and to my surprise he delivered it before schedule. Tony guided me through every step of the process with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. His customer service was second to none. The F&I manager, Shital Pasha, was also brilliant and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took care of every part of the finance and got me the best deal.

 

I would recommend Weiss VW to any family and friends and would definitely purchase my future vehicles from them. It was quite refreshing to see staff who took pride in their work and put customer satisfaction at the top their list. I believe this grows brand loyalty and one cannot put a price on this.

 

I wouldn’t just refer to Tony as a sales executive but I would like to call him a friend now. He is truly a great chap and made my purchase as pleasant as possible. I knew I was in safe hands and totally trusted his advice.

 

I look forward to a lifelong relationship with Weiss VW and thank you once again for the great service and the exceptional vehicle. I am loving every kilometre in my Golf GTI!

This mail serves as a form of appreciation to the management and staff of Weiss Motors VW Durban Branch. I wish to place on record my very since thanks to Sanjay Singh and his Management for their exceptional customer service and sales experience.

I purchased my 3 vehicle from Sanjay Singh within a 5 year period and I must say that he is extremely helpful, supportive and kind. He went the extra mile as usual, to get the deal approved within a short space of time and arranged for the collection of the vehicle within hours. Upon collection of the vehicle, all our paper work was prepared and ready and the Manager together with the sales consultant made me feel really special and valued. I was touched by the kindness, generosity, and their sheer passion for serving customers wholeheartedly.

 

The customer experience at Weiss VW Durban is one that cannot be compared with and I will continue buying VW because of the service I received from this great company.

Against all the odds on Friday, having Neville absent, some confusion regarding my vehicle booking and the general business of the morning this gentleman absolutely shone. He took full control of the situation and one may say that it is expected of him or it is in his job description, I have to say that you have an absolute GEM in this staff member and someone who certainly gives me reason to return over and over again. Since the closure of Kings Park and my days at Standard Bank Weis Motors has always been my VW garage of choice but this man certainly continues to reaffirm my comfort and pleasure in dealing with your company.

Good afternoon gents

 

Please note that I am seemingly a finicky customer and have had some rather unpleasant surprises with my car over the last week. I sent my car to Axxx Durban to be seen to, but they were very busy and could not make it to my car. The diagnosis was an alternator problem, but subsequent to discussions had with my wife decided that maybe Axxx was not the best place to send the car as I have made numerous calls for them to look at it without any success.

 

I sent the car to Bxxxx Umgeni on Friday and they were able to look at it, gave me a full prognosis of the issues faced. I asked them to sort the car ASAP, and they did so without any fuss, but alas there were other parts required for the vehicle.

 

I was informed yesterday that I needed to order parts, which Bxxxx and VW were able to source and prices given to me and parts ordered. I asked for airfreight, but upon a suggestion from Pranesh, I accepted that in order not to confuse issues and delay the stock coming down to Durban, was advised to leave the roadfreight and allow the part to come down as normal as the other part required was in stock, but the car would not be sorted without the JHB part.

 

This morning I was informed that the part had arrived, would be dispatched to Bxxxx at 11H30. Ramesh has been truly exceptional and would like to commend him on this outstanding customer service and the manner in which he dealt with all my queries/suggestions/constant phone calls. I called in once, but the guys made good on their promises to keep me informed.

 

Please could you toast these gents, because they are living proof of dynamic customer service excellence and they have shown that it starts with themselves first and not from the top down!

 

Not once did they display any exasperation or annoyance, plain simple truths at all times, courteous and truly professional. They have made my experience with VW lovely, and next time I have a problem, I know whom to call for help.

 

Ramesh and Pranesh are truly the stars that shine through a very dark night and brightly so!

 

Guys hold your heads up and keep on the fantastic work on building your brand!

I waited while my vehicle was seen to, and watched with interest the way all your staff handled my issue, and the numerous other clients and problems very professionally and courteously, especially Clive one of your service managers.

I am normally disappointed with the service, or rather lack there of, in the vehicle industry.
