I have had my new Polo since 26th March, and loving it!
I would like to thank the dealership for my hamper containing an assortment
of chocolates & fruit etc + a VW cap for my husband.
 
Such a nice gesture to end off the sale.
 
I thought I would send an email to inform you of the excellent service we
received.
The sales person we dealt with was Sbu Zikhali who was very
professional, and made the sale go as smooth as possible.
We are impressed with his service, and have since then asked him to
quote on a polo for one of my friends.

Dear All,

I am one of your clients and have recently had numerous problems with my car, ND &&&-&&&, Golf 5 FSI.  I have been to different dealerships seeking for help but with no luckL  I bought my car through Barons, Edwin Swales and had most of my service with them but they could not go out of their way to find ways to assist me, not even clear explanation why they could not help.  It has been unfortunate that Barons and many other VW dealerships in KZN could not help me but you, The Weiss Team could manage to assist me whole heartedly.  I have even had breakdowns in the Eastern Cape (PE & East London) but still could not get help.  I have been having problems with this car for a period of almost a year, a car that is 2 years old with 80000 km on the clock.  Weiss Team headed by Clive Holland has made an outstanding job and treated me as if I am one and only customer they have.  This is first time I have ever felt special as a customer, for an example, Clive knows our cell phone number by heartJ  This may sound stupid but that gesture showed me how much you could stretch to help your clients.

 I wish to take this opportunity and thank Clive and his team for their efforts.   When I entered your premises, I was down and out, had given up on my car and had pledged that I will never ever drive a VW again, not knowing that there are still people like you who can take someone else’s pain and do your level best to assist where you can.

Good morning Aman.

Hope you well, and enjoyed the Festive break. The reason for me writing to you is firstly to say Thank you, for such a pleasant experience from you and your Dealership. I must say that Tony Singh, is an outstanding Sales person and his service and communication to us, the Buyer was of the highest of quality. He had kept us updated through out the sale, and had followed up in writing to the verbal agreements and also the delivery of the vehicle was such a pleasure even though you guys are a distant away.

Tony had also called us numerous times ensuring all went smooth, and that we were satisfied.

Due to the service received, I will always use Weiss and your Sales team, in particular Tony Singh. My brother has now decided to buy the New Polo instead of the Mini Cooper he had settled for, because of the outstanding service we I have received, it is so nice to know there are good people out there who are passionate about there work.
