I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for referring me to Tony in November.

 I had dealt with 4 other VW dealerships in my hunt for a 2014 Spec Polo Sedan, and there is no better way to say this.. they were all useless.

 

They either got to a point where they stopped answering my questions, or I knew more about the product than the sales person I was dealing with.

 Tony always kept me in the loop, replied to all my questions and I got the exact car I was looking for (which I collected on Wednesday morning.)

I was looking for a VW Amarok and phoned numerous dealerships for quotes, which were emailed to me.  However, when I spoke to Sanjay, his reply was “Come in and let’s see what we can do for you.”  He was actually referred to me by a friend of mine.

 

I visited your dealership and met Sanjay – he was friendly, very attentive and helpful.  He seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I wanted, rather than being focussed on making a quick sale.  He went out of his way to assist, and because of his efforts, I was able to find exactly what I wanted, not to mention the great deal that he offered to me….and a free tank of fuel as well, without me even asking!!!!

On Wednesday I took ownership of a brand new Polo Vivo blueline. I just wanted to thank and compliment Weiss Volkswagen and especially Phumlani on the most excellent service that Weiss gave me through out the whole process. 

Before starting the process, I pretty much prepared myself for the usual slew of false promises and missed deliverables, I made a realistic expectation that the process should take about 6 to 8 weeks. 

I am so happy I was wrong from the moment I walked into the dealership on a Saturday, (at this point I already new I wanted the vivo blueline) Phumlani was kind, courteous and had loads of info and advice. We worked through the extras I wanted. The sytem that was used to give me a offer on my Corsa was also great and Weiss was able to organise  me a very good price and deal on the trade in. 

Organizing the finance we very smoothly Phumlani let me know what documents I would need, a day after I visited I had a approved finance, and with a great deal on the trade in, Phumlani organized a Vivo Blueline very quickly. So the whole process, end to end took less than two weeks!

I wanted to say a big thanks to Weiss Volkswagen, in making the buying of my car a fun and exciting experience rather than a daunting shlep that give you headaches. Very excellent service, top notch.

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to you guys for the outstanding service and the manner in which my sale was executed, you guys have acted with the highest amount of professionalism and hospitability from the moment I walked through the door .

 

Bobby was more than accommodating to my needs and successfully found me a vehicle to suit my proposed budget , allowed me to test drive different vehicles for an option hence me making a final decision, constantly kept me updated on the progress of the transaction , set out delivery times and kept to them.

 

Shital has handled my finance smoothly when to the extent of getting it approved within a shockingly fast timespan, went an extra mile to negotiate with the bank to approve me although I only had a valid temporary drivers permit due to current one being expired and pending a new one, her door was always open for me to make any enquiry, however I did not have much to do as it was all handled and explained clearly outlining all the information I requested.

 

A courtesy call was made by Bobby a day after I had taken delivery to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle.

 

I have purchased a few vehicles in my time and have never experienced this high level of service from a dealership, its these small steps taken by the individuals that make a world of a difference to the customer ,the personal attention that I have received was tremendous.

 

I will surely be in contact with the sales team at Weiss and definitely refer anyone that I know who is in the market for a vehicle to you.

I would like to convey my thanks once again to you and your team for making this sales experience a very pleasant one. We have purchased many vehicles over the past few years (some of much higher value from supposedly reputable dealers) but I must say that this was by far the best experience.

 

This is mostly due to your salesman, Sanjay, who offered the best service to us out of the three VW dealerships we looked at. He was the only salesman to have walked my dad and I to our car when we first came in to enquire. This may seem insignificant but to me this meant the difference to get a deal. His genuine nature and professionalism won us on the day even though another dealer made us a slightly better offer. Thereafter, this good service was followed up in exactly the same manner by Shital with regards to the financing of the deal.

 

I am in the sales environment myself and I definitely know the importance of ensuring the customer has the ultimate sales experience. It is what separates us from the sea of competitors out there. Especially in these times when deals don’t come thick and fast like they did at the peak of the financial boom before the recession hit.

I would like to commend you on your team’s effort and the fact that you seem to have a winning formula – in my eyes at the least.

I am one of your clients and have recently had numerous problems with my car, ND &&&-&&&, Golf 5 FSI.  I have been to different dealerships seeking for help but with no luckL  I bought my car through Barons, Edwin Swales and had most of my service with them but they could not go out of their way to find ways to assist me, not even clear explanation why they could not help.

 

It has been unfortunate that Barons and many other VW dealerships in KZN could not help me but you, The Weiss Team could manage to assist me whole heartedly. I have even had breakdowns in the Eastern Cape (PE & East London) but still could not get help.  I have been having problems with this car for a period of almost a year, a car that is 2 years old with 80000 km on the clock.
